DE&I is very important to us, in who we place, and in how we work.
As well as supporting various initiatives, including LGBT+ History Month every year, we actively promote the hiring of female and BAME candidates through our commitment to fair, inclusive recruitment.
Unconscious bias
All employees undergo unconscious bias training as part of our onboarding process, along with regular refresher training throughout the year.
