How we vet every candidate
Before anyone we place starts in a school, we complete:
- Enhanced DBS checks, ideally on the DBS update service
- Right to work in the UK verification
- Photo identity verification
- Full references covering recent employment and character
- Confirmation of qualifications and, where relevant, QTS
- Prohibition from teaching and barred list checks
- A full employment history with gaps explored
