Managing Director & Co-Founder Craig is the Director & Co-Founder of WhoFoundWho, responsible for leading & the development of the business into a market leading group of companies in Recruitment. Driving the business continuity, culture, systems, ethos & processes alongside search & selection of Recruitment professionals into new roles, whilst helping Recruitment businesses find & retain top talent aiding their growth.

With 12 years recruitment experience, Craig is skilled at Recruitment across many sectors including Finance, IT, Tech, Construction, Education, Life Science to name a few. Craig prides himself on the relationships built with candidates & tight successful working relationships with partnered clients, playing a key role in their progression.

Lauren Clegg

Candidate Partnerships Consultant After leaving Kingston University with a BA in Dance, Lauren moved into Education supporting children with Special Educational Needs. The last 2 years have been enjoyed in a mixture of Mainstream & SEN settings as a Learning Support Assistant. Alongside her Learning Support Assistant role, Lauren has worked hard to deepen her skills in Social Media Marketing, with several successful freelance projects finished, along with an array of training programmes completed.

Lauren will be combining her Education expertise with her Social Media Marketing skills to provide immense support to both our schools & candidates. She believes starting her journey in Education Recruitment with WFW will allow her to expand her knowledge in an area she is incredibly passionate about.

Candidate Partnerships Manager Charlotte has dedicated the past 16 years of her career to the Education Sector. As well as first-hand experience working in schools & Early Years settings, she has over 11 years’ experience as a Senior Education Recruiter both in the UK & international markets.

Charlotte has built a lucrative career on her ability to form loyal & trusted partnerships with candidates & schools alike, taking an ‘honesty is the best policy approach’. Using her knowledge & expertise in: Early Years, Primary, Secondary & SEND, Charlotte has been successful in matching the very best opportunities to her candidates.

Lee Rayner Partnerships Manager Lee has worked in the Education industry for 10 years helping schools find only the best talent available for their permanent & long-term teaching/support staffing needs. He boasts a real passion for successfully matching Teachers & Support Members with schools to ensure they are in an environment that suits them, to deliver exceptional results for many years to come.

As a Partnerships Manager, Lee likes to tailor his service to the requirements & preferences of each individual school to ensure the recruitment process is as seamless as possible. He will always be transparent & honest giving the best possible advice to both Primary & Secondary Candidates & Schools.

Nikki Webber

Partnerships Manager Nikki has been specialising in talent management in the education arena for over 8 years, with most of this time dedicated to South London schools. With her previous involvement working for the YCS (Young Carers Service), she has first-hand experience of the struggles a lot of children face today. Experiences like this are what drive her to ensure she is relentless in her quest in representing individuals who genuinely want to contribute to an impactful learning environment, where not only a child’s academic journey, but social & wellbeing needs are also met.

In her role at WhoFoundWho as a Partnerships Manager, Nikki works across all disciplines, within Primary, Secondary & SEND settings. Her ability to build solid, long lasting, trusting relationships with both her candidates & schools have been underpinned by 3 key pillars she holds herself accountable to: transparency, quality & strong communication levels.

Hepzibah Boutwood

Partnerships Manager

Hepzi is a SEND specialist who has been dedicated to working within the education sector for over 7 years. Whilst studying towards a degree in Psychology for Education, with a specific focus on development and SEND, Hepzi worked in teaching and support roles in mainstream and special schools. During this time, she developed invaluable first hand experience which has enabled her to build credibility and progress rapidly within her career in education recruitment.

As Partnerships Manager at WhoFoundWho, Hepzi focuses on SEND and delivers a bespoke and thoughtful service to schools and candidates. Building honest relationships and being guided by her strong values to make a difference are at the forefront of everything she does.

Ryan Todd

Partnerships Manager

With over a total of 10 years’ experience working in Sales, Events, Mental Health, & Education Recruitment, Ryan is extremely passionate about providing an excellent service to both schools & candidates.

Ryan’s first leap into Education recruitment was in 2016 where he initially joined as a Candidate Resourcer for 1 month before being promoted to a 360 Consultant for the September drive, successfully supporting schools with all general / SEN staffing across a number of boroughs within East London for the next three years.

Ryan later went on to recruit within the mental health sector where he proudly led a HCA Division providing Healthcare Assistants & Support Workers to CAMHS & adult mental health services across the United Kingdom, assisting them during the height of the worldwide pandemic.

 

Through his vast experience working across both sectors, Ryan is a dedicated consultant who will always go the extra mile –  his favourite part of the job is getting out & about and visiting schools!

Anja Micic

Anja is a highly experienced Educator & secondary Recruitment Specialist. With a background as a Canadian Qualified A-level Chemistry Teacher & teaching experience in the UK, she possesses a profound understanding of the challenges & opportunities within education. Her first-hand experience working within schools inspired her to transition into a career in education recruitment. Leveraging her global & local expertise from teaching, she effortlessly applies this knowledge when working with clients to ensure the achievement of educational excellence through the representation of experienced, dedicated, & passionate staff.

As a Partnerships Manager at Who Found Who, Anja prioritizes transparency, organization, & enthusiasm in her approach to work. Cultivating strong, trust-based relationships with schools & education professionals, whilst avoiding sales-like approaches, has been instrumental in establishing her strong reputation amongst numerous secondary schools in London. It remains her mission to ensure that schools, educators, & students receive the exceptional support they deserve.
