Roles and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with experienced teachers to develop personalized learning plans for students with special educational needs.
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students, fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Utilize excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents.
- Assist with classroom preparation and resource development to enhance learning experiences.
- Monitor and record students’ progress, highlighting areas for improvement and celebrating achievements.
- Maintain flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic educational setting.
