Psychology Graduate Support Worker – Wandsworth Primary School – £90 per day – ASAP start until July 2023
A large, well-established Primary School in Wandsworth is looking for a Psychology Graduate Support Worker to work specifically with a Year 6 pupil with ASD and ADHD.
As an aspiring Psychologist/Therapist/Counsellor, if you spend the rest of the academic year at this school, you will deepen your practical skillset and strategies of how to effectively support children with special educational needs. Getting you that step closer to securing a place on a MSc/Doctorate down the line.

- In this Psychology Graduate Support Worker, you will provide support to a little boy who has Autism and ADHD.
- He is strong in Maths but is quite behind in most other subjects and struggles to engage with his class, therefore you will spend a portion of your time running interventions with him in the areas he needs it most.
- He really enjoys experiments and activity based learning therefore having the ability to be creative and think outside the box when delivering support, is crucial.
Previous experience working with children with SEN needs will be highly advantageous, however, if you have any child related experience, we would be interested in hearing from you.
