A busy and forward-thinking mainstream secondary school that has pupils with high levels of learning difficulties such as SEN/ SEMH and behavioural, has 3 roles available for September 2023.

This is a school with a reputation for delivering on its promise. This academic year, we have had an aspiring secondary teacher, secure a place on their teacher training programme, 2 graduates received a promotion, 3 have been taken on to permanent contracts and 1 aspiring Clinical Psychologist has been given the opportunity to specialise in working with CAMS, which will look fantastic on his future applications.

  • On-the-job training from day one
  • 8am – 4pm Monday to Friday, Term time only
  • Teacher training scheme operated here for those interested in teaching
  • Starting rate of pay – £100 per day, rising to £118 after 12 working weeks (highly competitive rates of pay)
  • Croydon (Near West Croydon) – Southern and overground links as well as parking for those that drive
  • Work within a multidisciplinary team consisting of experienced support workers, SEN teacher specialists, SENCo, Educational Psychologist and Speech & Language Therapist
  • Opportunity to support in class, run outside class interventions, 121 support and mentoring
