Having worked within the education sector for over 8 years, I have amassed a great amount of experience supporting aspiring teachers and helping them master the foundations of teaching in supportive environments that has stood them apart from their PGCE/School Direct/Teach First competition.
In this Graduate Teaching Assistant role you will be:
- Running group intervention groups outside the class setting
- Working 1:1 and in small groups for those with additional needs or those of higher abilities
- Inspiring and motivating students to achieve beyond their potential and wildest dreams
Pay rates vary from school to school, and can offer up to £100 per day, dependent on skillset and experience. All of these Graduate Teaching Assistant roles are full time, long term, term time only, interviewing over the next few weeks and starting in February 2023. We also have some temp to perm opportunities for those looking for longer term security.
