DE&I Is very important to us. As well as supporting various initiatives including the LGBT+ History month every year, we promote the hiring of Female and BAME candidates with our clients. So far in 2021, 42% of placements have been Female and 28% from a BAME background.
 Unconscious Bias: 
All employees undergo unconscious bias training as part of our on-boarding process, along with regular training throughout the year.
